• Order Workflow: from order request till report sending notification, entire lifecycle is handled and can be monitored centrally.
• Order Approval Process: Registration of Test/calibration order, Review of Test/Calibration order, and approval as per available test/calibration facilities & records also maintain.
• Auto Assign Process: its fully auto control system to assign test/calibration item to testing /calibration engineer (in terms of age specified for test material) in daily plan to proceed further for testing/calibration.
• Auto report preparation: Just enter the values of the test /calibration observation, get your report generated automatically for 750+ test and 175+ calibration reports related to civil engineering testing and calibration laboratory.
• Result Approval Process: There are 3 stages for final report generation 1st is add test/calibration observation 2^nd is review of test/calibration observation & 3^rd is approval of test/calibration result, to make error free reporting and results are shared with only customer after approval (end to end encrypted).    
• Complete control: it is fully credit control system weather you want for holding or releasing of reports.
• Sample Disposal: Request for sample disposal after set retention period, approval on simple clicks. Auto history generation & create as pdf while required.
• Create unlimited tests and profiles: Have complete ownership on tests and profiles. Any number of tests/calibration can be created.
• Auto QR Code: generation on reports for checking the authenticity of the reports.
• Auto UTR No.: its auto generated once test /calibration report being approved.
• Records of Factor: keep Records factor if any use for testing, its applied automatically while generation test/calibration report

• GENERATE INVOICE: Generate Invoice as per test/calibration order as per set rate plan. No need for any manual calculation. The invoice can be generated at any time. Apply discount/hike on set price in simple clicks.
• SET CREDIT LIMIT: Have complete control on credit. Hard limit can set at system level to restrict orders beyond threshold. Supports both pre-paid and postpaid payment.
• COMPUTE AND SETTLE REFERRAL INCENTIVE: Compute Referral incentive with a single click. Referral is computed automatically from bill.

CUSTOMER LOGIN

Customer LOGIN: Customers can be given Login Ids to take printout and view their reports, invoice, make order for testing & calibration on site and also make payment using this panel. This eliminates the need for paperwork.

LAB MANAGEMENT

• Witnessing Test/calibration: Create Witness Plan, get witness approval, and send witnessing emails to Customer/Concerned Engineer/Lab In charge in simple clicks.
• Site Testing /Calibration Plan: Create Plan, Assign Engineer, Get Approval, Create Gate Pass with valid Equipment Calibration Status Checking and Recording, Gate Pass Approval, Complete Job and Update the Site test/calibration raw data sheet.
• Equipment Movement Records:  Equipment Movement record maintain accordingly site/calibration plan created.
• Staff Management: Staffs Details Record including credit utilization, Leave Management, Employee Rating, Training needs/Training plan/ and Training Records.

MARKETING

• Visit List: Detail of Customer Visit List, Encrypted and Centrally Controlled by Lab Administrator (Super Admin).
  • Quotation: Sending quotation for testing/calibration product in few clicks as per set rates.
• Follow up Reminder: Auto reminder for follow up after sending quotation.
• Daily Action Plan: Every Marketing Staff will get payment collection and daily action plans automatically.
• Rate List: Lab Administrator can set rate of each and every test/calibration product, discount or hike on standard rates can be manage by marketing staffs (as per set limit)
• Target: Target plan for both marketing and collection to set by employee and complete statistical report on actual plan set vs. actual achieved will auto generated.
